Sounds like alot going on there Lyss.
I came home early from work today. I'm just so fatigued I coudln't keep going on at work. I was making mistakes and just couldn't function. So here I am, and it's really nice. I'd still have another 2 hours to work right now if I hadn't come home. But I took a bath, which I pretty much never do, (cuz I shower   ) and I'm just chillin. I still feel really tired, but at least I'm on my couch, not required to do anything.  |

My boxing gym is almost complete! The pro and myself sweated our ass off today and the building is UP!
 It is beautiful and i will finish it up in the next 2 weeks! small details, just small stuff like digging & running the heavy power line a foot underground to the structure and installing lights, etc...

 ...I'm doin better than I was last time I was here...still a touch aggravated at Dad...but I've pretty much made up my mind that this is the best things are gonna be between us where JL and I are concerned...so getting ticked isn't gonna do anything to fix it... But at least it's not as hot today as it was yesterday...so that's a good thing ... |

Hey! you're a helluvalot better 'buying' a house than renting a house! No Shit! My mortgage payments are a lot less than renting an apartment, or a rental house! I'm locked in at 5.5 percent VA loan, and have less than 14 years to pay-off! Get a Fixed Rate Loan!!! in writing!

I'd NEVER get a flexible rate. Holy cow those are rip offs!

Maybe cell phone but that's no good either, that's the same as dial up for what we do online. Satellite is like $60/mo minimum with hundreds of dollars for equipment just to have slow dsl type speed.
