Sorry gang...I had to spend a couple days at JL's...let's just say we talked to Dad about my bipolar prob...and well he didn't take it like I hoped he would...so I needed a couple days away from him...before I said a few things I would not regret...and I don't like me when I'm like that...and I didn't have time to get on and let ya know...was too pissed to type... And then yesterday was doc day...first with my new doc...to see how I'm adjusting to my new med...and I'm adjusting well so far...yeah I know me well adjusted? ...don't go there...JL already did it enough for all ya'll ...then I had a back doc appointment...where I got turned into a pretzel
person...came home and just collapsed ...
Sorry I worried ya...honestly didn't mean to...it was just a matter of I have to get out of here before I hurt someone now!...haven't spoken to Dad about it since I got back...but kinda don't feel like talking to him about it right now anyways...we're just on a "agree to just not talk about it...talk about anything else but that" kick right now... *Sprays sillystring*...hey I said you hold your fire...never said nothing bout me!!!!!!!... ...

Well, he's gonna have to accept it. I mean, you're an adult now and well, maybe he'll see how much better you feel later on when everything's

I know Lil...and I think I handled it pretty well...weeeelll....until Dad said the thing that really ticked me off...and made JL almost have to carry me out bodily (laughing at that image)...Dad tried to blame him for this...I'm like "Hello!!!!...don't go there...you know damng good and well that this was first mentioned when I was like 17 or 18 years old....yyyyyyeeeeaarrrrs before I met JL!"...after that JL was like "Sweets let's just get out of here ok?"...I didn't know he was so good at talking without moving his lips ...
I'm finally off that tranq that new doc put me on to help me get situated with my mood stabilizer!!!...so forgot to mention that yesterday ...I'll
still have to deal with having the med adjusted every now and then...but I'm used to that so no biggie...

I think your dad maybe just doesn't understand what Bi-Polar really is. It's easy to fear the unknown.

Oh he knows about bipolar...he worked in the mental hospital here when I was in high school...and a few years after that

right?...my high school friends used that joke too ...
Yeah I'm surprised JL didn't kill both of us trying to get out the door...kinda narrow fit when you are hauling a wriggling SheWolf ...

Yeah...apparently extemely evil hot sauce in his soda is not to his tastes
....
Borrowed some from Bear who loves the stuff...and I slipped a small spoon of it into one of JL's sodas he was taking with him to work yesterday...this stuff is so evil they tell you on the bottle to use sparingly ...around lunch time I get a phone call from a coworker who simply said "Lyssa you might
want to hide when JL gets off work"...I said "Oh so he got my lil present?"...Oh yeah he got it  ....
He chased me around the parking lot for a good 5 minutes ...
