Bout the same...but that's nothin new with us...we'll talk about me being bipolar again...eventually...I just have to wait him out is all...
Had a little manic phase hit last night...but I was at JL's...it wasn't too bad...I wasn't as twitchy (as JL calls it  ) as I have been in the
past...not sure what triggered it though...could have been any number of things I guess....doc told me I'm still gonna have episodes of mania and
depression...the meds don't cure things...they just keep me more in check than I can naturally on my own...and the fact that the episode didn't last as
long as they have been known to in the past...once I was up for 2 almost 3 days straight...this one was like maybe 2 hours then I started coming out of it...so
I guess that means the med is helping me deal with the episodes ok...I'm gonna call my new doc this mornin...she asked me to do so when I had a manic phase
for the first time since starting on this med...just to see how the med helps or if there is no difference at all...in case she needs to adjust it up a
little...but JL says I was better this time...I was still UP but he could tell a difference in it...I was energetic and hyper and all but there wasn't as
much wildness to it according to him...I was tracking a bit better I think is how he said it ...

Glad to hear the med is helping. Yeah, many times when starting a new med the docs like to start low and work their way up only if necessary.

When you can't wait any longer . But there's no end in sight when you need to find the strength. It's the faith that makes you stronger. The only way you get there is one step at a time.

Yeah she works a lot like the way Winter does...so it's been easy getting used to her ...I just got done talking to her and she says she thinks my level
is still ok for now...she told me to keep an eye on myself for the next few days...cause this stuff works in cycles apparently...and come in or call her if I
need to...especially if I start having any "Scary" thoughts...like I want to hurt myself or anything like that...cause sometimes the mania is
followed by depression phases...she told JL the same thing...to call her if he thinks I'm starting to get weird like that...and the Clan all knows what is
going on...so I got plenty of people keeping an eye on me...
JL asked me to ask her if my little prank on him was a part of my bipolar...she said "No, that's just you being you I think" ...and there is
no med that will cure prankitis ...yeah I doubt that is a word too but I'm not gonna argue with her too much about it ...

I'm ok
...(((((Daisy))))) my foot is feeling much better...but won't get the stitches out till next week...abandoned the crutches...JL's dad gave
me an old cane of his...works much better ...
Sorry I've not been on...but JL, Dad and I ended up staying an extra day up with my family on Dad's side this weekend...cousin's grad went great...and we all had a blast at the party...but we got too hot and tired to drive home so we stayed with an aunt of mine and came home late Sunday ...and
apparently this is my Dad's week to have a bunch of stuff to take care of...so I've been running round town like a crazed Starchylde ...we just got
in a couple hours ago and we'll be headng back out here soon but it's for dinner  ...
Off to check in ...

Yeah it's been nuts...but today was nice and slow
